Another sweltering day so we both opted for green salads. A mixture of field greens with cherry tomatoes, olives and marinated mature capers on their stems pre-tossed with a basic oil and vinegar dressing. Served with olive oil, balsamic and fresh crusty bread. Nicely done, we both enjoyed the meal. Service was polite, prompt and English was spoken. Bill was €13.00, tip not included. Recommended. I saw the positive comments about Xpedit and decided to give it a try. We ordered beet root salad with smoked trout fillet, Octopus salad, ravioli with goose cheese stuffing and home-made tagliatelle with prawns and aubergine. Both salads were too salty and sour.
