The store is kept pretty clean and they generally get orders right. The parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare when the drivethru is so full you can’t back out of a space. Stop buying from this Tim Hortons. Their machines don't work and they know it and still selling nasty stuff. They have been reported numerous times for the smoothie machine and now hot chocolate.
