Wanted a decaf. They asked if I would mind waiting for a fresh pot. I thanked them and told them I appreciated their effort. Ther have been other times and other places that would have sent me on my way with nasty tastings coffee. Great job folks at Herkimer NY Dunkin!Parking: Lots of congestion for drive through. this was the worst experience I 've ever had at this Dunkin '. Not gonna say names, but the worker Jacqulynn, deserves to be fired. We pulled up to the drive thru, we asked for our drinks and when we asked for Munchkins, she said oh, we dont have those. so I was like ok, I 'll ask for something else. Service is always slow here. Food was very good. Atmosphere it was a dunking no expectations
