Saturday morning may have just been a bad time.... Wait-staff were plenty at one for every three tables. Service was fair with very few check-ups after food delivery. Food was warm on delivery, not hot. Several other tables with similar complaints. Personalities of staff were polite, friendly, and personable. Maybe just a bad day? View all feedback.

What Me M doesn't like about Black Bear Diner:
My knife had a hard time cutting the ribs. You could have run them over with a car. And the car wouldn 't smash them. Spoke to management. Asked if I could substitute or get something different. The reply was simply. I agree the ribs are tough however. There 's nothing that I can do. And she choose to just throw it away. Sorry case for management level. I would steer clear of the place.
