My Wife and eat Vietnamese food a lot. My Wife is Vietnamese. First, this place is VERY hot inside. There is either no A/C or they have it turned off. There are fans oscillating in the middle of the room but that didn't help...much on a degree day. Next, to make matters worse the server gave us a glass of water that each had one ice cube.
