We're visiting Houston. My daughter is 8 years old, but an expert on bbq. In her humble opinion, the brisket surpasses almost all famous bbq places in Houston. She really likes it! HTK bbq is good for what it is. A small town bbq shop. The Brazos Nachos is my go to. The chip to bean to queso gives you the feeling of utter relaxation while washing it down with a frostie root beer.
