The donuts are usually great. I get them often... The last order i picked up were already boxed up. When i got them home they were stale, no glaze it was soaked into the donut and they were just not edible. When I called to notify them, the lady I was transferred to immediately got defensive, argumentative and just rude. Not looking to argue, I just hung up.
