The score for this restaurant is undeservedly high, possibly due to its remote location on the Island. As a somewhat serious Phò connoisseur (Africa, America, and Asia), I've had better Phò even in Côte D' Ivoire West Africa. The Phò and sandwich are just barely edible...it's been decades since I couldn't finish a bowl of Phò! . To their credit: Friendly hostess, and fresh vegetables. View all feedback.
