Called at the Bay Horse for lunch to round off my birthday celebrations and we weren’t disappointed, the staff were friendly and accommodating and we had the special of the day- Roast beef baguette with chips, veg and gravy and a turkey baguette with all the trimmings and roast potatoes which both were cooked to perfection, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will definitely visit again. Stopped off for lunch and was extremely disappointed. Fish and chips: fish over cooked, not fresh and clearly out of a frozen food packet. Chilli no flavour and stodgy. Macaroni cheese can you ruin this? Yes, tasteless and over cooked. Needless to say we won’t be going back. Prices are expensive given the lack of quality.
