Came here when is was quiet maybe 4 customers inside.We were left to wait for refills on drinks which never happened so staff and servers are not trained on to look out for empty cups or glasses.Ordered a burger and was asked how I wanted it cooked....didn't matter what my answer would have been because it's took 35minutes to cook a burger that came out overcooked and the wrong burger order.Due to the ridiculous time...
