Pricey pub grub in pleasant restaurant surroundings, we found that local village pubs served better food for less money. Around half the menu was based on broiler chicken meat raised under factory conditions (we asked). Surely this rural restaurant could find a local supplier of...sustainable free range chickens not raised under appalling conditions, they might actually taste better too! View all feedback.
