Great food and excellent customer service!!! Visited this part of the CT for work and ate here a few times. I even brought some staff when I came back and they enjoyed it. The burned ends are moist and just correctly carburized. The pig rig is tucked in a corner down in Wallingford, right next to the Sliders Bar. The real star of my meal was the brisket!! Hands down some of the best I?ve had in Connecticut. But sadly, I wasn?t really impressed with anything. The Mac and cheese was basically out of the box and the chicken thighs I ordered had no flavor.
