I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and the shrimp and chili peppers were not fresh. Casey the waiter was very personable and trying to do the best he could. It wasn’t busy but short staffed and took a long time for my drink because the bartender went on break and had to wait for her to return. I really like PF Changs, but was disappointed with the quality of food. I’ll try another PF Changs in another city. View all feedback.

the restaurant was completely dead for a Friday night. a strong contrast to 5 years ago when it was always packed and they had to wait for a seat at the bar. that was good, not great, but good. the service was good, which makes sense, as it only tends a handful of diners. we will not come back.
