Was enjoying a lovely dessert with some friends in the restaurant when I overheard a woman screaming at staff about Ferrero roches. I have been here many times and have always had a wonderful time. The woman was clearly overexaggerating as the waitress walked past my table with the dessert and it looked fine to me. She told the staff that her work was awful which I disagree. quick service, one lovely staff member other staff member not so nice, gave us our desserts without cutlery then proceeded to bring our drinks over and had to wait a further couple of minutes for our cutlery. I had ordered the royale crepe which came cold lacking the wafer and no Ferrero rochers on. My friend orders the white chocolate cookie dough which came out well done, also lacking a wafer.
