Food was en route at 8.30pm, at 9.30pm it still hadn't arrived after numerous calls, apparently due to driver being lost. I asked to cancel as the food would be cold. They refused yet promised me a refund. Over two weeks later I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service read more.
