Vegan buckwheat pancakes were delightful after a long wait (30 mins) but it was delicious and I could see the love, effort and creativity that went into making this dish. There were so many elements on this dish. It was garnished with rice syrup, raspberry compote, pepitas, sunflower seeds, cacao nibs and toasted coconut shavings.
