We are local and have never had the pleasure of trying Blue Shores Fish and Chips. Never even actually realized they were there. We now have our new "go to" Fish and Chips restaurant. Even after the drive back to Stayner, the fish was still crispy, hot and delicious. The fries and coleslaw were excellent also. Good sized portions. My husband and I disappointed to find no local fish on the menu, despite this restaurant's location near the shores of Lake Huron (well, in a strip mall several blocks from the beach).
