What Mitch Richards likes about Dunkin':
VERY hit or miss at this Dunkin. 4 stars because this location still has the Happy Hour!!! I'll reduce if/when happy hour goes away here. On a normal day you'll wait 20 minutes to get an iced coffee and when you finally do it's of subpar quality and flavor. Vary rarely when I come through here is it fast and delicious. What Brooklyn B doesn't like about Dunkin':
1. Took about 5 minuted to get acknowledged standing at counter2. Took 25 minutes to get drinks. We were the only people there besides a few teens talking and goofing with employees only 2 employees were actually working while the rest was with the teens half working half talking and goofing around3. One drink, a mocha frozen coffee was left just sitting in the blender making it by the time we got it, no longer frozen and we requested oatmilk, and was definitely not made with it. (Which is something you pay extra for).
