The waiter seemed surprised we were arriving at our reservation time, seated us in fine dining where we were seated at a table where there was a dirty red drink spill on the white table cloth. There were dirty, crumpled paper napkins on the floor. The food was not beyond standard food, nothing special or exceptional to justify per plate.
