Great tasting bagels but there is no consistency whatever batch to batch. Get them one day and they're half the size of a tennis ball. Get them another day and they're nearly as flat as pancakes. On other days there's more hole than bagel, and it's practically a miracle to get a bagel that is properly shaped and sized. Shows a great lack of experience and technique in the kitchen.
