Let me start by saying this is a no frills pizza. What I mean is, you can taste the fresh ingredients, from the tomatoes to the cheese. If you like a chain pizza joint.....this is NOTHING like that. It's a true coal fired pizza. I admire the nostalgic oven (it's half of the building) I kinda wish the employees would be dressed in a throwback type of attire.
