This is only my second time to the state of Maine, first time stopping here at Front Main in Waterville and I enthusiastically recommend!Cool vibe, great location, AMAZING service and a fabulous menu. I enjoyed the scallop crudo, toasted barley risotto with scallops, and a Maine St. Mule (local riff on a Moscow Mule with blueberries). Every sip. Do waiters no longer pour wine or provide serving utensils with starters or steak knives with steak? Ordered Medium-rare rib eye, steak was practically mooing and had very little flavor. Pork Belly was over cooked and dry. Risotto was served with peanuts and a dollop of ricotta?
