For a place that only serves soup and sandwiches, I’d expect the quality of both to be far better. The turkey on the sandwich was basically dollar store lunch “meat”, the ciabatta was a flavorless foam, and the beer cheese soup was a blend of flavor modifiers, starches, and preservatives.
