Most of the food on the buffet was poor quality. The Salisbury Steaks were tough and chewy. The rolls and hush puppies were hard as rocks. The roasted potatoes were undercooked, so partially hard potatoes. The salad bar was decent. I don't like when the peeling is left on cucumbers. The lettuce could have been cut up better.
