While training a new hire...they managed to mess 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. Not her fault. We drove 20 minutes past a Subway because we preferred JM. When I called back...the manager called me a liar...when I reminded them of the mix up...that they acknowledged. All I wanted was a refund for just one of the sandwiches. She refused. I'm not recommending you stop going to JM...Just don't go to the one in Southern... View all feedback.
