What Lt Lti likes about Greenwoods:
Friendly reception, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were good, everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant. It was eerily quiet but the food was very good. We used the pool and spa. The pool was a good temperature and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms were all working. My only criticism was that people left towels on the beds and were nowhere to be seen. Quite disappointing for the price. Decor is run down and in need of deep clean and new paint/grout. Rooms: Run down. Deep clean required! Food drinks: Excellent quality. Cannot fault it. Noteworthy details: Run down spa areas. Woodwork flaking away. Tiles dirty in shower areas- black mould on grout. Shower and tiles brown from rust in pool changing rooms. Floors quite dirty.
