Went today. Was seated in middle section. Waited 17 minutes and still the waiter never showed. Went up to the entrance desk and asked the lady where is our waiter. She responded he has the whole area.I told her we are out of here. Went to local great restaurant and got served right away….and they were packed. Skip this Chili’s.
