If you are looking for no frills, really good American Chinese food (chicken w/ broccoli or lo mine...etc) in the Montclair/West Orange region, and do not want to pay an arm and a leg, that is your place. I grew up in New York City's Chinatown and found only a few places in the area. Hunan button is good, but probably costs twice what Lotus Oriental fees for comparable foods. View all feedback.

First time customer. Read the menu online and selections appeared fantastic. Ordered beef fried rice, pork dumplings and wonton/egg drop soup. This was the worse Chinese food I 've ever eaten. Greasy, tasteless food. Whatever meat that was in the fried rice was definitely NOT beef. I literally picked the beef out of the rice in order to eat the rice. Flavorless soup.
