What Nikodem Szulc doesn't like about City Barbeque:
we will occasionally order a pfund brisket to take for sandwiches to home. we always ask if it's lean or extra-launish. the last three times we got our extra-lean meat, it is between at least 25% 30% fat. would someone please explain to me what an extra lean is? do I miss something? Really hit out miss.... Depends on luck of the draw how much fat is in meat
