Decided to drop in to check out the Westerville Graeter’s . I was greeted by Jaylin, he’s been working there for around 3 years. I ordered the Love Boat Sundae with Black Raspberry chip and Black Cherry chip. Both had great flavor and huge chunks of chocolate mixed in. What is the deal with Mia at this location? I grew up with Graeter's and love it but this location gets one star because of her. On multiple occasions I have gone in with my kids and had her make ordering very difficult due to her ridiculously strict adherence to made up rules.
