Not sure how well Uncle Dave's is known outside of local circles but, IMHO, it beats anything for miles around! Happy, smiling people, fast service, very ample portions, and GOOD food...my favorite BBQ place, bar none!.... update 8/16...got 2 pounds pulled pork to go. Every tiny bite was good edible meat..none of the fat or gristle so common from most places. Uncle Dave's is tops!!! View all feedback.

I wanted to like this, but it just didn't happen. they were from most dings on the menu. was said they would have more later than someone came back from the load. the pulled pig was very fat. Moreover, there was no taste at all.... it seems that it was baked (or microwaved) I would not understand any sauce if there were any kind of smoked taste, but there was nothing. the people were nice, but it just didn't work on...
