New case at the center of Kemmel where you can drink or eat. Joviale receives and service by a French waiter who speaks well Dutch. I ordered a tomato-garnal served with very good homemade bread. Big amount of shrimp. The prices are a bit high, but the relationship price quality and quantity is good. It's nice to sit inside, but there's also a terrace for when it's beautiful.
