This is my 2nd time trying the aptly named, Birds Nest. 1st time was OK I suppose, but 2nd time certainly was not a charm. Not sure exactly how you can get Chow Mein wrong but boy they did. Large portions of my noodles were yet to be hydrated (just like a birds nest), and if these vegetables were ever fresh, it certainly wasn't before these guys cooked them.
