We were looking for the Hard Rock - which closed years ago (but is still on the website) - and stumbled on Earls. Our waitress, Liz from Australia, was fantastic. She made some great recommendations for sandwiches. I had the Fried Chicken with pimento cheese and my mom had the fig spread chicken with apples. They were both fantastic. Oké, so it's hot in Whistler. And then the cooling system in the kitchen is out of order. Due to lack of maintenance probably. So we can't order chicken or steak. That deletes half the menu. Burgers and veggie remains possible. Ouch. Noisy horrible acoustics, drunk group of youngsters, inefficiency all over means waiting for everything. Nothing can make up for all of that.
