I think it’s truly a honest mistake as some people struggle understanding what makes a dish fully vegan… We ordered the Vegan Tofu Ramen and the tofu is clearly coated in egg. The women asked us if we wanted egg noodles or spinach to go with our vegan ramen after clearly stating we are vegan.
