She went above and beyond and made me one of those new Wagyu burgers (that are surprisingly delicious btw) for me 5 min from close even though the sign said they were sold out after what I can only assume was a gruesome work shift. We purchased 2 sandwiches for lunch (one chicken, one roast beef). Both sandwiches were cold. Cheese was not melted. We went back through the drive through to return the sandwiches and get our money back. The manager told us that the sandwiches were made fresh!
