The first time to eat at EJs, but it has my last....the food was hot, fresh and tasteful. The service was 5 stars. The room was clean and tables were correspondingly spaced apart. I was with EJ for the first time today. I saw many empty tables. I was told the kitchen was secured and the waiting time would be at least 15 minutes. I see four workers at the front are not much. Maybe they should have helped the kitchen staff. After about 10 minutes, I'm waiting to go. The question is why not put the customer, let them read the menu and take the beverage order.
