We waited over 20 minutes in line for our plain cin-sugar pretzels and both were uneatable! Disgusting burnt taste, they didn't look burnt. Bottom a little dark, think baked in dirty oven. Not a fan there pretzels are gross and very greasy I like the pretzels factory better then aunt...
