Just Like Mom's. Growing up with a Korean mom who always made every korean dish from scratch inculding her bulgogi and kimchi (phew). I would say hot stone hits the mark with there bulgogi it is as real as it gets. If you want some mongolian beef go to great wall if you want real korean food then go to hot stone and appreciate what your being served.
