This is my new go to for sushi in Wichita! They have a very expansive sushi menu from traditional rolls to more elaborate special rolls. Prices are reasonable for the product you're getting. We enjoyed going to Ninza for years. Some days are better than others. When they had two sushi chefs only, even though the wait is long, we don?t mind.
