The staff at this point are always beautiful and generous I was always well treated and able to taste some flavors before they order. To my own disappointment, 3 out of 4 times it gets the same: a small mint chocolate chip shaves ice/soft serve? chocolate soft serve. This place isn?t clean!! While eating my vanilla& mango gelati, i see there is black chunky particles in my cup! Absolutely disgusting! Either the machines aren?t internally clean or proper cleaning is not occurring. So disappointing because I loved coming here!! I have no idea how long I was eating whatever those black chunks since I took it to go and was eating in the car. I?m so disgusted. View all feedback.
