We showed up without realizing we needed a reservation. Since it was slower and we were only two people they were able to squeeze us in, which was very nice. Our tasting was conducted by Mike the Gardener who cultivates fresh fruit and vegetables for use in their kitchen. We didn't get food but regret it a little bit.
