I am a PizzaExpert on YT and did a video review on pizza, both the thin crust and the Detroit Style. Both are average or just below. Neutral flavours and sauce that doesn’t really come through. The “za’atar” also doesn’t add much of anything (and careful as on their website it says it contains peanuts lol). Both are soft crusts that need more crispness.
