Very disappointed in the lack of customer service! I went Friday 8/27 around 530 and the 3 associates working had 0 customer service skills. Also we are under a mask mandate and none of the associates had a mask. They are serving food and should be following city mandated Covid Guidelines. On top of the service I was given a hard dry Cinnabon. This place used to be great! Please train or reevaluate your staff. read more.
