Great customer service from Ela and awesome sandwiches. I have ordered food from here before and they have always messed something up. But this time not only were my sandwiches prepared exactly the way I wanted but I was so impressed with Ela’s customer service that I had to get her name to rave about her service. we have posted an order online last night. we ordered steak and instead got huh. I sent an email to explain what happened. stephen pryor the franchisee, sends me back this morning. his email was to just make sure that we “conscious” the different types of meat they have in the subway, and to make sure that we “conscious” of what we have ordered with our sandwich.
