Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a veggie omelette. I'm a vegetarian. There was meat in the omelette. I found a piece after I had already eaten half of it. At that point, I had completely lost my appetite. How much meat did I eat before I saw that piece? I told the waitress, and she refused to remove it from the bill.
