Staff tried to cover up mistake by saying we were being upgraded when in fact the room we had booked was not available. Staff ridiculed me for catching the deception. Another staff had very negative attitude when asked to explain how the mistake could be upsold as an upgrade. He said he was done talking definitely needs retraining as he represents your hotel. Worst hotel experience in all the years I have travelled. read more.
