On 1st November we received a confirmed booking for Christmas lunch for x 5 people, secured with a £50.00 deposit. 2 weeks later we get an email to say this was a technical error as in reality they are fully booked and cannot honour the booking. I phone to get the refund as requested, there is no apology and they cannot perform the refund either. I ask to speak to the manager and this is refused. Just awful. read more.
