Update: Last few times were disappointing. It took 45 minutes to get my food during lunch. Staff up front was rude when I voiced my concern. Returned for dinner a few nights ago and ordered extra meat. Didn't get it which isn't the first time and when I called to complain I was brushed off by manager and told an Italian gets 3 slices of salami with extra meat.
