Was looking forward too making a reservation and coming to earls for a family dinner. Sadly I was calling long distance. Someone answered and asked me to hold. I held for 15 minutes and not once did anyone comeBack on the line to acknowledge I was waiting or even thank me for holding. Sadly I hung up and still don't have a reservation.
